Elevare Digital ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Who is responsible
Elevare Digital is the responsible party for personal information collected on this website. Our Information Officer is Monique A Prinsloo, who can be contacted at hello@elevaredigital.co.za.
What we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name, email address and, optionally, phone number
- A description of your business and what you'd like help with
- How you currently manage the work you've described
- Your Operations Health Check result, if you choose to send it
The Operations Health Check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send your result with an enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss whether and how we can help, and provide any services you ask for. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and receive enquiries, including our website host (Cloudflare) and our form service (Web3Forms), which delivers enquiries to our inbox. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we only use providers that are bound by data protection obligations offering a level of protection comparable to POPIA.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law. After that, it is deleted or de-identified.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to people who need it to do their work.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
- Object to us processing your personal information
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa
