Who it's for
For businesses that have grown faster than their systems.
We work with small and growing businesses where the work is getting done, but at a cost: long days, constant chasing, and a few key people holding everything together.
A good fit if
Typical indicators.
- Work runs on WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and memory
- Key decisions and answers route through one person
- Growth means more admin, not just more revenue
- You've tried new software, but nobody really uses it
- You want to delegate, but the process lives in your head
- Follow ups, deadlines or documents keep slipping
Probably not a fit if
Where we are not the right fit.
- You need a large enterprise software rollout
- You want software built before agreeing how the process should work
- You're looking for a marketing website or social media help
If you are unsure, ask. Where we are not the right fit, we will recommend a better alternative where we can.
Common situations
The kinds of businesses we help.
The industry matters less than the pattern: work that passes between people, depends on information, and repeats every week.
Service & professional firms
Client onboarding, document collection, approvals and deadlines across a small team.
Field & operations teams
Job scheduling, site visits, job cards and getting information back from the field.
Recruitment & HR
Candidate pipelines, compliance documents, onboarding steps and follow ups.
Property & facilities
Maintenance requests, supplier coordination, inspections and renewals.
Practices & clinics
Admin workflows, reminders, records and handovers between front desk and practitioners.
Owner-led businesses
Where the founder is the system, and growth depends on getting it out of their head.
Do I need to be technical, or know what I want built?
No. Most clients come to us with a challenge rather than a brief. Tell us what's making work harder than it should be, and working out the solution is our job.
Will I have to buy new software?
Not necessarily. We look at what you already use first. Often the tools you have can do far more than they're currently doing. We only recommend something new when it clearly earns its place.
What does it cost?
Every business is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. After an initial conversation, we'll give you a clear, fixed quote for the agreed scope before any work starts. No surprises.
If you're unsure where to begin, a Systems Audit is a contained first step with a fixed fee.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A single workflow can be simplified and automated fairly quickly, while a full business system takes longer. We agree the timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.
What's the difference between the Health Check and the Systems Audit?
The Health Check is a free 3-minute self-assessment that points to likely problem areas. The Systems Audit is a hands-on review where we look at how your business actually runs and give you a detailed, prioritised plan.
Will my team actually use the new system?
That's the point. We build around how your team really works, involve them early, and provide practical training and clear guides. A system nobody uses isn't a solution.
What happens after the system is built?
We review how it's working against the goals we agreed and refine what needs it. Ongoing support and improvements are available by agreement, but you're never locked in.
How do you handle our business data?
Carefully. We only access what we need for the work, and we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). See our privacy policy.
